“I cannot imagine a better home sales experience. We had our house on the market previously for 6 months without receiving a single offer. After taking it off the market for a month we hired Dana, and she generated four offers within the first weekend back on the market, at the same price we had previously been requesting. “After we had attended an open house on our own and tried to work with the realtor who had shown the house. The prospect of buying this house died on the vine. After speaking to a few friends who had bought in the Riverside area, they recommended Dana Roquet to see if she could try to revive this deal. Her knowledge of the area, of the other realtor, of the home buying process in general took a house that we had maybe a 20% chance of being able to buy and making it a reality. Dana successfully managed a reluctant seller. She navigated multiple inspectors, offers, counter offers, and closing all in under 21 days. From the day we saw the house to the day we owned the house 3 weeks. It takes a real professional to be able to make that a reality. Dana was calm, patient, communicative, always available. Willing to put in the time, when we had meetings that meant we couldn't be there for inspections. She was everything you would want a realtor to be and more. “We initially met with Dana about 18 months before actually moving forward with selling our house. We were impressed by how professional, warm and friendly she was. Also, being from Riverside sealed it for us. We only wanted an agent who actually lived in our community. Dana presented her sales plan, pricing of our property and document requirements with clear complete explanations and instructions.
